How Full-Service Design Works
Phase I: Project Initiation
We start with a paid consultation to assess your project scope, discuss goals, and determine if we're the right fit. If we move forward, we provide a detailed proposal outlining services, timeline, and investment. Once the contract is signed, the initial design fee deposit is due and we begin work.

Phase II: Design Development
This is where your design takes shape. We develop your concept, create detailed space plans, source all materials and furnishings, and collaborate on the details. We work with your architect and contractor to specify all finishes and built-ins.
This phase culminates in a Design Presentation: a complete visual display of all furnishings, finishes, and decor, along with a detailed project budget. You'll see exactly what your home will look like and what it will cost before we place a single order.
Timeline: 4-8 weeks (depending on project scope)
Investment: Balance of design fee due upon presentation
Deliverables: Complete design concept, space plans, finish specifications, furnishing selections, budget
Phase III: Project Management & Installation
Now we execute. We place all orders, coordinate with contractors and vendors, manage delivery schedules, and monitor your budget. You receive regular progress updates but stay hands-off.
On installation day, we bring everything together. We place furnishings, hang art, style surfaces, and layer every detail. You walk into a completed home.
Timeline: 3-6 months (depending on lead times and construction)
Investment: Project management billed hourly, furnishings and construction costs as incurred
Deliverables: Fully furnished, styled, move-in-ready home

Do you work with my existing contractor?
Yes. We coordinate with your contractor and architect to ensure seamless execution.
Can I use furniture I already own?
Absolutely. We incorporate existing pieces when they work for the design and recommend updates when they don't.
What if I don't like something you present?
We collaborate throughout Phase II. If something doesn't feel right, we adjust. The Design Presentation isn't final until you approve it.
Do you handle construction management?
We coordinate with contractors and specify all design elements, but we don't manage construction schedules or budgets. That remains between you and your contractor.
