Furnishings & Space Planning Design
For those who want a beautifully designed and thoughtfully planned space, but don’t need major renovations, we offer space planning, a design and color scheme, complete procurement of all furnishings and accessories, and final installation and styling of the space.
Signature Property Design
For clients in the vacation rental, investment, and entertainment industries, our Signature Property Design service offers a strategic, story-driven approach to creating standout spaces. We design distinctive properties that blend sophistication, creativity, and functionality—whether the goal is to elevate guest experiences, maximize returns, or craft a memorable, market-ready home. Each project is thoughtfully planned, expertly furnished, and layered with unexpected details to ensure your property captures attention and leaves a lasting impression.
Phase I: Project Initiation
Each of our design packages begins with a consultation to assess the project scope and determine whether we are mutually interested in working together. Then, we’ll provide a proposal of our work, followed by a contract. Once signed, the project can commence. One half of the design fee is due at this point.
Phase II: Research, Design, Presentation
In the second phase, the design for your project will take shape and we’ll collaborate on the details to give you the best outcome. We’ll procure estimates from our trade partners and begin sourcing products. This phase culminates in a Design Presentation, a visual display of all the furnishings and decor as well as a presentation of the estimated project budget.
Phase III: Project Management
Now the fun really begins as the project comes together. We’ll place orders for products while keeping an eye on delivery lead times and continue to monitor the budget and manage the work being done by our trade partners. You’ll receive budget and progress reviews along the way as we work toward the day of installation. After your project is styled, we’ll close out with a final meeting and presentation of the last outstanding invoices.
