Phase I: Project Initiation
We start with a consultation to understand your project and goals. If we move forward, we provide a detailed proposal and contract. Once signed, the initial design fee deposit is due and we begin work.
Phase II: Design Development
Your design takes shape through research, sourcing, and collaboration. We develop your concept, source all materials and furnishings, and prepare a complete budget presentation with visual displays of all selections.
Phase III: Project Management & Installation
We place orders, coordinate with all vendors and contractors, manage delivery schedules, and monitor your budget. You receive regular progress updates. On installation day, we style every room to completion.
